Barrett Bilotta is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Agilitas Capital and leads Business Development including joint ventures and acquisitions for both the real estate and energy groups.
Barrett has expertise in energy and real estate finance, tax equity investing, deal structuring, entitlement, and regulatory processes. In addition to managing deal flow, Barrett chairs the Investment Committee and also oversees Asset Management relative to capital projects and investments on operational assets.
Barrett graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Political Science and successfully completed the accelerated Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Barrett also retired as a Captain from the U.S. Army National Guard in 2016.
Eamonn Healy is a Managing Partner of Agilitas Capital and is primarily focused on creating unique capital solutions by leveraging his deep experience on both the buy/sell side of many large solar and real estate transactions.
Previously, Eamonn has been the CFO at several successful real estate companies such as Northland Investments, The Mayo Group and more recently UC Funding.
Eamonn has overseen the acquisition, disposition, financing and management of over $1.5 billion of various solar and real estate transactions in his 30-year career, many of which were ground-up developments and also has extensive asset/property management experience. Eamonn graduated from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland with a B.S. in Management and later completed an M.A. at the same college. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Ken Rubin is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Agilitas Capital and is active in all facets of the business. His primary focus is leading Agilitas Energy from development through construction and ongoing operations. Ken takes the lead role in managing key stakeholder relationships with municipalities, regulatory agencies, utilities, clients, tenants, partners and investors.
The majority of Ken’s previous experience came from 25 years at Iron Mountain where he held multiple senior executive roles during the period which the Company grew from a regional private business with $10M annual revenues to a global public REIT with $3B in revenue. His roles included chief marketing officer (15 yrs.) and SVP and General Manager of Iron Mountain’s $400M Healthcare storage business. Iron Mountain is a real estate intensive business that owns/leases and operates 65 million square feet of space in 1000 properties located in 36 countries.
Zac leads the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) efforts for Agilitas Energy.
Since 2010, Zac has managed the construction of numerous large, utility scale projects and has successfully built 40 MW of photovoltaic projects. He is renown as among the most experienced and successful project leaders in New England’s solar industry. Zac has broad experience constructing green field, landfill and rooftop installations. For 6 years prior to joining Agilitas Capital in the summer of 2016, Zac was the Vice President of Engineering, Procurement and Construction for American Capital Energy – a leading EPC company.
Tom is the head of Project Management for Agilitas Energy.
Tom has over 10 years of construction management and project management experience, and has successfully built over 50 MW of photovoltaic solar projects in 11 US States. He has extensive field experience constructing green field, rooftop, brownfield projects, and over 30 MW of landfill solar installations.
For 8 years prior to joining Agilitas Capital in the summer of 2017, Tom worked for American Capital Energy.
Rob Grant has 6 years of direct experience constructing commercial scale solar PV systems. Rob is solely responsible for the day-to-day project management involved with building our solar PV systems. He is experienced constructing the full variety of system types including carport, ballasted and fixed systems. He primarily works in the field interfacing with clients, managing sub contractors, materials logistics, project schedules and budgets. Since 2014, Rob has built over 10 MW of commercial solar systems.
Prior to joining Agilitas Energy, Rob’s career included stints at Essex Capital Partners at Brightergy where he earned increasing management responsibility for constructing commercial solar systems. He has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Delaware.
Ted manages projects from development through construction. Prior to working with Agilitas, Ted was the Project Development Director for northern New England for RGS Energy. In that role Ted worked with utility, commercial, institutional and educational clients to develop and build solar energy projects under RGS Energy’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction business.
Ted has been in the solar energy industry for 15 years and has been directly involved with the design, development and construction of hundreds of commercial-scale solar energy systems.
Jeff brings nearly ten years of industry experience to managing the asset management function for Agilitas Energy. He is responsible for managing the SREC portfolio, performing Operations & Maintenance oversight, interfacing with necessary government agencies, procuring appropriate insurance products and setting up proper accounting and reporting protocols for Agilitas’ solar projects.
Jeff is the President of ecoCFO and has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2008, serving hundreds of Megawatts in various capacities.
Shuyang performs financial reporting and provides strategic financial analysis for senior management at Agilitas Capital and Agilitas Energy. Shuyang holds a Masters in Accountancy from Bentley University, is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Prior to joining Agilitas Capital, Shuyang was an assistant manager of the Risk Consulting group at KPMG, providing financial modeling and analysis services to various global clients.
Mimi is the community manager of multiple properties for Golden Goose Properties. Mimi has extensive experience in leasing, marketing and communication, and is an expert in turning around under-performing properties. Prior to joining Golden Goose Properties in 2014, she was a top leasing agent at Anderson Communities. Mimi graduated cum laude with a degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of South Carolina in 2011.
Linda is the controller of Golden Goose Properties. She is a results-driven team player who is continuously adding value to the company through her 15-year experience in accounting and taxation. Prior to joining Golden Goose Properties, Linda was the accounting manager of GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting in Dallas, Texas.
Michael is the maintenance supervisor of Golden Goose Properties. He is extremely detail-oriented and values customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Golden Goose Properties, Michael has been leading construction projects of commercial buildings and high-end residential homes for over 25 years.
